Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb
    2 cloves garlic
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    paprika
    pepper
    3 onions, sliced
    1 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Make slit in the leg of lamb and put garlic pieces inside. Season outside of lamb with salt, pepper and paprika.
    In bottom of pan, put sliced onions and mixture of water and tomato juice. Cook 3 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
    After first 1 1/2 hours, mix brown sugar and ketchup together and spread over meat; do not baste, sauce will form gravy.
