Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Melt cheese and one stick of butter over low heat.
Pour over broccoli in a square casserole dish. Stir and mix together with a fork.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers and a 1/2 stick melted butter.
Sprinkle on top of broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
