Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (1/3-inch) potatoes, cubed
    1 jar pimentos, cubed
    3/4 c. milk cheese, grated
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. white sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in boiling salt water for 5 minutes. Add pimentos and cook 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put into baking dish and pour on sauce mixed with cheese and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are soft.
