Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chicken broth
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    peppercorns
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In soup pot, heat chicken broth to boil.
    Fry onion.
    Add to broth.
    Fry mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Add to broth. Add thyme, bay leaf and peppercorns.
    Bring soup to rolling boil.
