Frozen Chocolate Frangos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    5 egg yolks
Preparation
    Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    Add melted chocolate and continue beating thoroughly.
    Add egg yolks and beat again until fluffy.
    Blend in extracts.
    Sprinkle 1/2 nuts into 18 cupcake liners.
    Spoon mixture into liners.
    Top with remaining nuts.
    Freeze.
    When serving, can be topped with whipped cream.
