Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together, pour into pan and bake until tests with nothing on test item.
