Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken, deboned
    2 cans cream of chicken
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Long Horn cheese, grated
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can green chiles
    2 doz. corn tortillas, softened in oil
Preparation
    Mix soup, green chiles, salt, onion and chicken.
    Spoon in corn tortilla; add cheese.
    Roll.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
