Cracker Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    approximately 12 (2 1/2 x 5-inch) graham crackers (enough to fill the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with foil.
    Arrange crackers over the bottom of the prepared pan. Combine butter or margarine and sugar in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
    Pour and spread evenly over the crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool completely before cutting or breaking crackers into pieces.
