Spring Sass Downside-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked rhubarb, finely chopped
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    10 marshmallows, cut fine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
    Grease (8 x 12-inch) baking dish.
    Arrange rhubarb, marshmallows and 3/4 cup sugar in bottom of dish.
    Cream butter with 1 cup sugar; add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Pour over the rhubarb mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Turn onto platter.
    May be served with whipped or plain cream.
