Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1-3/4 lb.), cut into chucks
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
    3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray.
    Add chicken; cook and stir 2 minute or until no longer pink.
    Stir in broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
    Simmer 8-10 minute or until macaroni is tender.
    Add Velveeta and broccoli; stir until cheese is melted. Yield:
    Makes 6 servings.
