Jiffy Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. quick rice
    1/2 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. canned tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine
    ground
    beef,
    rice, onion, salt and pepper in bowl; mix
    well.
    Shape
    into
    1-inch balls.
    Brown meatballs lightly on all
    sides
    in
    hot oil in 10-inch skillet; drain. Add mixture of tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer, covered,for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
