Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (3 lb.) broiler/fryer chicken
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine margarine and oil.
    Brush chicken pieces with mixture. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Arrange in a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
