Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. rum
1 3/4 c. milk or 2 c. milk and omit rum
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend all ingredients for 60 seconds.
Pour into a greased 10-inch deep pie plate.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
