Toa Vakalolo(Chicken In Coconut Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    3 ripe tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 can coconut milk*
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Broil, grill lightly or saute chicken until almost cooked.
    Cut onions into rings and grill/saute until transparent.
    Put chicken and onion into a saucepan or large frying pan with chopped and skinned tomatoes.
    Pour coconut cream over chicken mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
