Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked turnips, mashed
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
dash of pepper
2 slices bread, toasted
Preparation

Combine butter and bread in blender to make crumbs.
Set aside.
Mash turnips in blender.
Put all other ingredients in blender and mix.
Pour into a casserole dish and stir in 1/2 of bread crumbs.
Put rest of crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
