Holiday Shortbread Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in egg yolk, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
    Stir in flour.
    Mix in raisins and walnuts.
    Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until delicately brown on bottom.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
