Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Butter bread and cut into cubes.
    Line bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with bread; top with sausage, then cheese.
    In a bowl, mix eggs, half and half, mustard and salt. Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Leave in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
