Green Beans With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh beans
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash beans; trim ends and remove strings.
    Arrange beans in a steaming rack placed over boiling water; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Plunge beans into cold water.
    Drain and set aside.
    Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Add mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring constantly 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
    Add green beans, remaining ingredients.
    Cook 3 minutes or until heated. Yields 4 servings.
