Peachy Smoked Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless pork loin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    29 oz. can peach slices in heavy syrup (undrained)
Preparation
    In blender, combine the ingredients; blend until smooth. Marinate pork in half of this mixture overnight in refrigerator. Prepare grill until medium hot and place a drip pan over coals. Place pork on grill over drip pan; baste often with marinade until internal temperature reaches 155\u00b0, about 60 minutes.
    Let stand about 10 minutes to reach 160\u00b0.
    Slice thinly and serve with reserved peach sauce.
