Country Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cornflakes
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Put potatoes into a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, mix soup and butter; add cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Stir into potatoes and add salt and pepper.
    Put into the baking dish.
    Crush cornflakes, stir butter into them and sprinkle them onto casserole.
    Bake for about 45 minutes.
