Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

3 whole chicken breasts, boiled and cooled
2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. cheese, grated
10 (8 inch) four tortillas
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Combine chicken, sour cream, chilies, 1 can soup and 1 c. grated cheese.
Spoon generous amount of this filling down the center of each tortilla.
Roll up and place, seam side down, in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Take the remaining 2 cans of soup and stir together to soften. Spread over tortillas.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
