Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 lb. oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 1/2 time of directions.
    Drain and set aside on paper towel.
    Melt oleo in heavy, ovenproof saucepan.
    Saute onion and celery until soft.
    Add mushrooms and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add soup and cheese, mixing well after each.
    Add broccoli and mix lightly.
    Cover and place in 300\u00b0 oven until cheese melts, about 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
