Three Bean Sausage Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 green bell peppers, cored and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 lbs. ground pork
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    2 cans plum tomatoes in juice (28 to 35 oz. each)
    1 (18 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (18 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (18 oz.) can white beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Add water to cover. Cook onions until tender. Add peppers and garlic and cook
    5 minutes. Brown pork and sausage in 2 or 3 batches and drain fat. Mix meats and chili mixture in pot and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and beans and bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes. (Add water to cover before simmering.)
