Spareribs "Aloha" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 1/2 c.) can crushed pineapple crushed pineapple 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cut every third rib about halfway through the strip.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in shallow pan.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Pour off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and let stand to blend flavor.
Pour over ribs.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, basting frequently to glaze ribs.
