Light Herb Chicken With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    poultry seasoning
    cooking spray
    red wine vinegar
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cans light cream of mushroom soup
    1 can pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle the poultry seasoning over the chicken; bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    In a nonstick skillet, saute the onion in red wine vinegar (no oil).
    Add the soup and 2 cans of water.
    Stir in pineapple tidbits and 1/2 of the pineapple juice.
    Pour mixture over chicken; bake for 25 to 30 more minutes.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
