Aunt Betty'S Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) small English peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) bean sprouts, drained
    1 (12 oz.) white corn, drained
    2 cans water chestnuts, drained
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 pimentos, drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
    Cover and chill 24 hours.
    Drain before serving.
