Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. rice
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 can water
    1 can mushrooms (including juice)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice and put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour over rice the beef broth and water.
    Stir in mushrooms.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, stirring often.
