Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange or lemon gelatin dessert
1 1/2 c. boiling water
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce, cut into small cubes
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Allow to stand in refrigerator until chilled, but not firm.
Add the celery, pineapple and cranberry sauce.
Pour into one large or individual molds and chill.
