Apricot Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box apricot jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    10 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 junior size jars apricot baby food
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    While this cools, beat cream cheese, pineapple and baby food.
    Mix well with spatula.
    Blend in Cool Whip, then jello mixture (when it has cooled). Refrigerate.
