Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 oz. can refried beans, regular or spiced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 large avocado, mashed
8 oz. carton sour cream
7 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 bunch green onion and tops, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black ripe olives, sliced
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spread refried beans on a pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Mix avocado and sour cream.
Spread over top.
Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate.
Surround with Tostitos or Doritos before serving.
