Crusty-Topped Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. softened margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 well-beaten eggs
4 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
8 oz. egg noodles
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese and margarine.
Add sugar; mix well.
Blend in eggs.
Stir in next four ingredients.
