Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. browned beef
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. meal
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. bacon grease
Preparation
    Mix beef, Cheddar cheese, onion and jalapeno peppers.
    Mix meal, eggs, milk, soda, salt, creamed corn and bacon grease. Grease pan.
    Sprinkle with corn meal.
    Pour 1/2 of meal mix, then all of meat.
    Pour the rest of meal mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
