Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, sliced
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, 1/2 margarine, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and rest of margarine.
    Sprinkle over squash and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
