Bread Pudding With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. bread crumbs, wheat or biscuits
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix milk and bread crumbs together.
    Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add to the milk and bread mixture.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan and
    put into a pan of water in the oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
