Rice Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
    In a bowl beat eggs and cream cheese until smooth, then stir in milk.
    In a baking pan, combine mixtures and the rice.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes and then serve.
