Hot Dog N' Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    8 hot dogs
    8 slices bacon
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    parsley
    vegetable oil
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Slice thin potatoes in a deep dish casserole dish (grease dish).
    Place sliced onion on top (thin sliced).
    Add oil, salt, pepper and garlic together.
    Pour over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with parsley and more garlic, if desired.
    Roll bacon on hot dogs; place on top of casserole.
    Add pepper.
    Cover.
    Bake until potatoes are done, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Add cheese, if you desire, on top.
