Tastee Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. multigrain cutlets, chopped
    3/4 c. cooked brown rice
    1/3 c. ground sunflower seeds
    1/3 c. egg scramblers
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    4 pinches dried basil
    4 pinches oregano
    6 pinches salt
    4 pinches garlic powder
    1/8 c. vegetable oil
    4 oz. onions, sauteed and chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place into an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
    Let cool and slice.
