Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. dry raisins
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add raisins and cook uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until plump and tender.
    Remove from heat.
