Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk (whole)
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
    Combine milk and water, butter and salt in saucepan.
    Bring to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and egg.
    Stir in flour to form soft dough.
    Beat vigorously. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
    Place in pan and let rise to top of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until medium brown. Take from oven and butter tops.
    Place rolls onto a clean towel and let cool.
