Annie Wingate'S Chicken Sesame - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Melt oleo in baking dish.
Mix egg and milk together.
Dip pieces of chicken in milk and egg mixture. Roll in dry ingredients.
Lay chicken skin side down in baking dish.
Sprinkle pecans over chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for 30 minutes more.
