Potatoes Deluxe(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes or frozen shredded potatoes, thawed 3 minutes
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted butter or oleo
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated or shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in large bowl. Pour into casserole (sprayed with Pam), 9 1/2 x 13-inch baking dish (I use a 10 x 14-inch dish). Top with corn flakes or potato chips sauteed in a little butter or 1 small can of onion rings (crushed); do not saute onion rings in butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
