Broccoli-Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, 5 minute cook, chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add frozen broccoli and stir until broccoli separates and gelatin begins to thicken.
    Blend in yogurt; add onion.
    Pour mixture into 4-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Wait 2 hours.
    Unmold.
    Garnish with salad greens, if desired.
