Garbanzo Oat Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. soaked garbanzos (1/4 c. dry)
    4 c. chopped dates
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Whiz ingredients in blender.
    Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray.
    Bake for 10 minutes or until steaming stops. Crispy, delicious waffles and \"fat-free,\" so eat as many as you want.
    You can cook them as pancakes, too!
    Top with pineapple, blueberries, etc.
