Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. cut-up rhubarb
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. flour
    10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Bring to a
    boil
    the sugar and water.\tAdd the rhubarb and simmer 3 to
    4 minutes. Beat the eggs with the flour, then add liquid (only
    from\tthe cooked rhubarb) to mixture.
    Bring this to a
    boil,
    stir
    constantly\tuntil
    it thickens.
    Add a touch of red
    coloring,
    add rhubarb, stirring gently.
    Do not cook.
    Put into
    10-inch
    pie tin with your favorite pie crust recipe, but make a latticed crust on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at\t350\u00b0
    until
    mixture
    bubbles
    clear
    to the center of the pie.
