Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. green pepper (optional red pepper for color)
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted oleo (sprinkle on top)
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese.
Bake until melted.
