Rocky Road Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. seedless raisins
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
4 eggs
1 c. water

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together nuts, raisins, marshmallows and chocolate pieces; set aside.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water until blended. Increase speed to medium.
Beat 2 minutes.
Fold in nut mixture. Grease and flour a large tube pan.
Pour in
batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool on wire rack.
