Quesadilla(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild chilies
    1/4 c. salsa
Preparation
    Place 2 tortillas on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
    Sprinkle with mild green chilies and salsa. Top with remaining tortillas.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 4 minutes on each side.
    To serve, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
    Yields 16 wedges with 37 calories each wedge and 1.7 g fat.
