Salmon-Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 or 16 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 1/4 c. grated mild Cheddar
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. cream or condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. salt (I don't add salt, enough in salmon)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped dill weed
Preparation
    Mix all together in a mixing bowl.
    Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until done and golden brown on top.
    Turn out on platter and top with cream sauce.
