Butterscotch Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stacks Ritz crackers (total of 80)
    1 stick margarine (plus or minus 2 Tbsp.), melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 qt. vanilla ice cream
    2 boxes instant pudding (1 1/2 boxes butterscotch and 1/2 box vanilla pudding)
    4 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Soften ice cream just enough to blend.
    Mix pudding and milk in separate bowl.
    Blend into softened ice cream.
    Fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip.
    Put mixture on baked cracker bottom.
    Bake crumbs for topping in separate pan at 375\u00b0 for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Garnish with remaining topping crumbs.
    Freeze, but refrigerate 1/2 hour or longer before serving.
