Pecan Brown Sugar Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    10-inch graham cracker crust
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 oz. pecan halves, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Mix on a low speed. (Very important to mix on low speed to prevent cake from turning into a quiche.)
    Mix about 3 to 5 minutes.
